Boat Loans Letter from Customer
I asked Eric Anderson for your info so I could express my appreciation on how he treated me through my recent 30 Main ship Pilot purchase. Eric walked me through every step, reviewed every vessel I sent to him for pricing and returned them within minutes of my requests. I was new to the whole experience and when I asked him for Anything, he was always there, with no B.S…., just straight forward answers. I cannot say enough or put into words how much that meant to both myself and my wife Michele. We took our time with our purchase to find the right one, and he was patient, and above all very, very helpful. So, in closing I hope you give him a big fat raise, he truly deserves that, in my experience that’s for sure. (He Did Not tell me to say that either). You definitely should view him as a very valuable asset to your company.
I wanted to say these things because often people tend to write letters and emails when they have a negative experience, but I am a firm believer in writing them when you have a good or, as in the case of Eric, a great experience. Thank you all for everything, especially Eric.
